Made of New England White Pine, this house is sturdily constructed, completely screwed together. Inside dimensions: 9 1/2" high, 5" wide and 5" deep.

A safeguard around the entrance hole to deter predators.

Ventilation holes on both sides provide ample air circulation.

The front opens for easy viewing and cleanout. There are grooves on the inside front panel to assist in fledging.

The hardware cloth on the bottom of the house prevents Blowfly larvae from attaching to nesting birds.

As they say in real estate, location is everything! Golf courses, open meadows or fields sprinkled with trees are excellent places to attract Bluebirds for nesting.

The Bluebird house should be placed on a metal pole about ten feet high, to deter predators. The house should be facing south to southeast.
